Classroom Procedures and Expectations
Policy 1: Cellphones
Students are not allowed to have or use cellphones in the classroom for any reason. If cellphones become an issue, the cellphone will be confiscated and a parent will have to come up to the office an pick it up.
Policy 2: Ready with all materials needed for class.
Students will be prepared for class daily. This means students will have pencil, paper, and come to school well rested ready to learn. Teacher may provide a pencil or paper if needed.
Policy 3: Make up work when absent
Students will have an absent bin to refer to when they miss a day of school. This will be their responsibility to obtain missed material from the specific date they were absent. this absent bin also teaches students to be independent and responsible for their education and learning. If students has any questions about the work in the folder, they can discuss it with teacher and she will be happy to assist with clarification and explanations to the student.
CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS
1. Students will be respectful at all times to the teacher and classmates.
2. Students will keep hands, feet, and objects to themselves.
3. Students will not distract or hinder others from learning.
4. Students will listen and follow directions.
5. Students will be prepared for class daily and with needed materials including homework.
